Philosophy

In an increasingly wireless world, where the rate and amplitude of change increases daily, the management paradigms that dominated thinking in the 20th century are no longer the distinguishing factors between good and great organisations. The Y generation demands a new approach to management thinking. The sheer rate of change in the business environment means that effectiveness in decision making has overtaken efficiency of process as the driving force of sustainable success.

As a consequence, concepts like creativity, instinct, agility, courage and openness are now shown to be highly correlated to sustainably successful leaders. We certainly are not advocating that functional competence in a modern business environment is not important, quite the contrary, it is a non-negotiable capability. But, we are saying that higher levels of behavioural competence that stem from high levels of consciousness is what will differentiate our great leaders and sustainably superior organisations in increasingly challenging and unpredictable times.
